Heck yes! We deliver to customers throughout United States.
Does VintageJetSki ship internationally?
You bet we ship internationally! (Mostly!) Some of our suppliers may preclude us from selling their products in your country. If you're wondering if this may be the case for you, please contact our team and we will see what we can find out for you. We will always do our best to get the product to you, wherever you may be!
Quoted shipping prices do not include or account for import duties and clearing charges. If these charges arise it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for this cost
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We have multiple warehouses all based in the USA. Our shipping times will vary based on where your products are coming from and where you are. This is also why sometimes your delivery will come in multiple boxes, with multiple tracking numbers being sent to you.
Reference below for general time frames for products to be arrive on your doorstep
- Lower 48 States: 3-5 business days
- International: 10-14 business days

If a product or brand is not shown on your website, can you still source it for me?
Generally, we are able to source products from most networking brands. Please call +1 (307) 776-4380 to enquire or shoot us an email at email@example.com. Also, keep in mind that just because you do not see it on our website it doesn't mean we cannot get it for you!
An item I want to order is out of stock, is it coming back?
We aim to have all our products in stock, however there may be times when this isn't possible. If a product is out of stock, there will be the option for you to add yourself to a list to be notified as soon as it's back in stock. Depending on the product, we can sometimes also offer pre-orders to ensure you get the first batch in.
The dates of aforementioned products for restock will be on the product listing if we have it available from our warehouse.

How do I use a discount code?
To redeem your discount code, please enter the code into the "DISCOUNT CODE / FREE GIFT CODE" field at checkout. Only one discount code is redeemable per order.
Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced items.

How do I know if my order has been successful?
You will receive an email after your order is placed with all the details. Sometimes this can slip into your junk folder, so it is always worth checking there!
If you still can't find it, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist with confirming your order for you.
How do I track my VintageJetSki order?
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email from us with a link to track your order. If you have a Vintage JetSki account you can also find a tracking link in the 'my account' section of our website.
Not all of my products have arrived!
If you ordered multiple things from us, this is pretty common. In order to provide you with the widest possible range of products, Vintage JetSki uses multiple warehouses for suppliers across the country. This means sometimes items will arrive in multiple packages at different times. Don’t worry, this doesn’t affect any shipping costs you already paid at checkout, and you will recieve all tracking numbers with confirmations as soon as we are notified of the update.*
*Please remember to check and read an items full description in case we have mentioned it has been backordered, or specified build times for custom products. (JetTrim for example, currently has a longer shipment time due to the significant customizations they have for many of their products.)
